HEY LFT, How are you? Thanks for reading about High Vibe Love today.

High-Vibe Love is built on a foundation of positive values such as:
♡ Compassion, Understanding, Patience, Curiosity, Consideration
♡ Generosity, Intimacy, Trust, Vulnerability, Accountability
♡ Collaboration, Fairness, Forgiveness, Gentleness, Tenderness
♡ Friendship, Encouragement, and Celebration
Values are the invisible architecture of our beliefs and identity quietly shaping our choices, relationships, and the way we navigate the world.
As a Psychotherapist, I help people discover their values as well as learn to discuss values openly in their relationships.
Within teams and organizations, values form the core guiding principles behind why a company exists and how they want to carry out their mission.
If you want to dive into discovering more about your values, here’s a link to my Core Values Discovery resource.
Our values used to be shaped by family, tradition, and religion. But today? They’re mainly shaped by workplace culture, TikTok feeds, and the endless hum of the internet. With so much external noise, it’s never been more important to get clear on what matters most to YOU.
In High Vibe Love, values shift from unconscious habits to intentional choices. High Vibe Love asks you to think more deeply about what you stand for instead of getting caught up in what you stand against.
So this week, I invite you to reflect: What do I value? How do these values shape my relationships? My team? My company? My life?
Building a culture of High Vibe Love requires your intentional, positive contribution. It means aligning with your values, advocating for them, and letting them be seen and honored in your relationships. It also means doing the sometimes uncomfortable work of recognizing, respecting, and cherishing the values that are different from your own. High Vibe Love isn’t sameness; it’s the courage to bring your truth forward while making space for someone else’s.
Check out this Love Futurist resource Common Core Values List. All you need to do is highlight a few of these that stand out to you. Then in your next interaction talk about your values and what you care about.
Love, Lindsay
